Well Read meets once a month to gather around the table, discuss our current monthly read, and grow our community. Meeting details (including the date, time and location) are shared on our website and Instagram.

RSVPs typically open about two weeks before each meeting. Once RSVPs open, simply reserve your spot through our website. We recommend following our Instagram and keeping an eye on our announcement posts so that you don’t miss when things go live!

Our meetings have a $30 meeting due, which helps us create the full Well Read experience, not simply reserve a seat at a table. Your dues help cover things like venue rental, food and drinks, decorations, activities, and other special touches that make each meeting feel like an experience. For examples of our meeting set up, see the about section!

Once RSVPs open, payment is made directly through the website when you reserve your spot. Your RSVP is not considered complete until payment has been submitted. Meeting dues are non-refundable, so please plan accordingly!

Our Book of the Month (BOTM) is chosen by the club, for the club! We typically select our books in one of two ways:

1. Instagram Voting :
We’ll put a poll on Instagram where members vote on the genre they’d like to read. From the winning genre, we’ll curate a selection of books and let the club vote on which one makes the cut.

2. The Meeting Vote :
During a meeting, everyone gets the chance to recommend a book. We go around the room, narrowing down the options one by one until we reach our final selection. The last person gets to reveal what the final BOTM selection is!

Either way, your voice gets a seat at the table. Our goal is to keep our reading selections varied, exciting, and reflective of the community we’re building together.
